Farmer Incubator Program (FIP)
The FIP project is designed to empower young people, particularly in rural areas, by providing them with the tools and resources they need to enter the world of agriculture. This initiative addresses the high costs and risks associated with farming by establishing a collaborative farming model.
Through the FIP, young people gain access to land, inputs, tools, and expert mentorship, enabling them to experience growing crops on a larger scale than as individual farmers. Participants are guided through the entire farming process, from planting to harvesting and marketing, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to become successful farmers.
